I had a serious case of the Monday’s, and in a rush, I locked my phone, wallet, and keys (of course) in my car. Thankfully, Jorge promptly made it to my home and had my car unlocked within literally minutes. Fabulous service from a kind and compassionate company!
Jorge was seriously so great, thorough and also really just great communicator! He was fast but really detail oriented and highly recommend not only flash locksmith but specifically him! Nice to know there’s still hardworking people who understand importance of customer service
Answered the phone immediately, came out in an hour as he said he would, tried to use the cheaper option of oil And jiggling first, had to install new tumblers and loosened up the rest of the ignition mechanism... All in about an hour or less. Cost was $450 plus tax. Honda Dealer quoted us about a thousand but that may have included a new key. Didn't get a new key but the old one starts the car again, so that's great. He said there is a six month warranty. This was Luis. He was neat and efficient and friendly .
