Dr. Chi and Samantha are some of the nicest people I meet. They took care me in a well fashion manner and not too long of a wait. I broke my glasses in a car accident and they were so helpful taking care me right away the following day of my incident.

I have been going to Optical Outlets in Ocala for 5 or 6 years. They have always done a good job taking care of me. This year they have exceeded my expectations resolving my eyesight issues. I had my eyes checked in February and ordered my glasses. When my glasses were delivered I was disappointed that I was seeing okay, but I thought that maybe the glasses need to be adjusted. The staff were so helpful and did adjustments which did not help. Recommended that I come in to see the doctor again and get another vision check. When I came in for my vision recheck. The doctor asked me to read a line. Well I was not able to read even the top line. Come to find out my cataract... read full review
