Visit itself was good. Everything downhill after that. Took 3 weeks to get a hold of someone for urine test results. Had to go back to give a second urine sample , since lab “ lost “ the first one. Only reason I finally got a hold of someone was because they called to schedule an US. When it may have not been needed based on UA results , but I never got them ?

I went in to get a refill on a prescription and I had called before for pricing and was told originally that I would only be charged about 130, once I got there though the lady then told me it was actually going to be a little over 200 dollars. I needed the refill so I decided to continue with the appointment and when I got my refill I specifically told them to change the address for the pharmacy since I had moved since my last visit. And then I found out once my prescription was ready that they did not actually change the address even though they said they did.

Ridiculously overpriced. You will be charged as a new patient if you haven't visited for a while your records are still on file. When you first go back there are two nurses are very very rude. They need to learn how to treat their patients as human beings and not as a number. The doctor however was very polite.
