I would like to take this opportunity though to tell you about an exceptional medical assistant, Marissa. She has over 18 years of experience as a medical assistant in the field of dermatology. She is very passionate and dedicated about her career and it shows by her interactions with her patients.

She is a great listener, she makes sure she understands what the problem is so she can document it correctly and pass on to the doctor. She pays great attention to detail as she assists in the exam room, following the doctors plan and detail of discharge so she can pass it on to the patient. She will often give extra directions or advice to make sure the doctors instructions are well understood for the best success. I have no doubt that if I had questions after I left I could call and ask for her and feel assured of her answers.
If it was possible I would request her as an MA for all my visits.“
