Very professional and provided my customer excellent customer service. Tech communicated well with me, made sure the system was working correctly and I was able to take over for remote support to complete the job.I would like to add my customer is a physician and professionalism was very important to me as they were a sub representative of my company as well.Great job! Highly recommend.
