Dr. Brown is one of the best doctors by whom I have ever been treated. He is above an expert in what he does. He's also ultra-patient centered and friendly as can be. The staff at his surgery center is incredible from the front desk to the nurses. In the end (no pun intended), my colonoscopy went as smoothly as possible. Not that I want to go back, but if I do, this is the place and Dr. Brown is the man.
This Dr is just so busy, had to wait for appointment, then 2 mos later I saw the PA. He was nice but I felt it was disrespectful of him not to wear a mask since I was wearing one. Covid is still here. Anyway, I already had an ultrasound ordered by primary, so PA ordered a cat scan, so all in all won't meet the Dr until procedure, doesn't work for me. Waited all this time & feeing better. It's an assembly Iine. Too bad, I heard Dr is great.
Very nice reception to this office. Spoke with "Ellie", she was very attentive to my needs, advised me of all options, informed me of all necessary information to accommodate my situation. Very positive and I felt comfortable in her assistance.
