What a great crew I had today for the new install. Polite, knowledgeable, clean, just great people to work with. Thank you for going the extra mile and making sure everything was good.

I was moving to Belleview from Fort Lauderdale and had to have many things done before I moved into my new home in Belleview. Much to my surprise the A/C turned out to be one of those things. I called Duncans and they were backed up. I don't remember how I ended up speaking to Chad but I explained my situation and he made sure that I had a quality working A/C unit the day I moved in with my 3 kids! The first week a small issue came up and it was taken care of immediately.
I highly recommend them and would use them in the future if need be.
