Skilled , professional, kind, accommodating and friendly. Dr Aten and his staff are wonderful people. We could go to others who are closer but why? When u find what u want and need, no reason to change. 5 stars!
We had just moved from MI to FL and adopted a kitten, so we needed a vet and we reached out to Baseline vet, the staff and the vet was wonderful, we will be back when our 2 pups need any future needs
This vet practice is the best. Dr. Butch is wonderful as well as his staff. My husband had open heart surgery 4 years ago and I had a new 6 month old puppy and they did day care for me, let me pick her up at the end of the day because I needed her with me at night while my husband was in the hospital, they were so understanding, and then they didn't charge me. To make matters more challenging was that my pup decided to go into heat, and of course Dr. Butch did that with no problems at all. My husband is well now. Just saying, this veterinarian is the best. And my Maggie knows she is among friends when I drop her off for daycare when necessary. I will never forget...read full review
