We had an ongoing issue with one of our older AC units that was working sporadically. Robert from Allen & Rogers AC Services came out and got us up and running quickly, even though there wasn’t time for a full diagnosis at the initial visit due to our schedule.
He returned after our event to properly diagnose the issue and took his time to ensure everything was fully working and stable. His patience and care really stood out.
Allen & Rogers continues to provide excellent service, from the office staff to the technicians in the field. We appreciate their professionalism, especially in the demanding Florida heat.
Did a very nice job installing my new heat pump and air handler and cleaned up everything nicely when they finished. No complaints at all. The girls in the office were extremely helpful in answering my questions, providing many qotes for the various HVAC units i was interested in, and getting all the documents i needed for the energy tax credits and rebates. A good honest company. Will certainly continue to use them again as I have for the last 11 years.
