i've been w/ "all american air & electric" for years and every technician i have ever dealt with has been thoroughly knowledgable and extremely polite but i would like to call attention to KAMUA (the receptionist) who always goes out of his way to make sure i am comfortable and only deal w/ the best.
Jordan thank you so much for fixing my overwhelming difficult problem to a rather simple fix over the phone. My main breaker seemed to be stuck in the off position, we turned it off to fix a water issue, and the way I tried to turn it on and it wouldn't switch until I, at your advice, stepped up on a stool use my wrist instead of my fingers and put my weight behind it.
