While some patients may not have direct interactions with the doctor, they are confident in their expertise. The facility provides detailed after-reports and has a smooth overall process. However, some patients have experienced delays and minor comfort issues, such as cold blankets. Overall, many patients have had positive experiences and continue to return for care.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Reddy since 2019 and have never had a bad experience. He and his team truly care about their patients and always make me feel safe and supported. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but it’s because they take their time with each patient and never rush through procedures or care. I really appreciate their compassion, professionalism, and focus on patient safety — highly recommend this office!
I’ve had many positive experiences at Hill Gastroenterology. Dr. Reddy and his team are both knowledgeable and welcoming. I underwent both a colonoscopy and an endoscopy at the Pine location, and from the front office staff to the nurses, everyone was exceptional. Their support was especially valuable to me since I was quite nervous, and they helped ease my anxiety. Thankfully, I had no complications during either procedure. Additionally, the medical staff member I’m currently seeing is a true gem; she attentively listened to all my concerns, ordered the necessary tests and medications, and we’re collaboratively working on my treatment. I highly recommend this office.
I see Dr. Duma. I absolutely love him and all the Dr's there. The staff on the surgical side are also great. But the staff on the medical side are horrible unless you are at the office. I call and call leaving message after message with no response of return call. I call the after hours of call tonight after I had an issue and I'm scared personally but I hate the Hospital Advent. So before I go I wanted to make sure I should go, but getting anyone on call to return my call is never going to happen so I'm stuck until Monday and hope and prat nothing further happens before then since the staff refuses to care for patients outside of the office.
