“Vet, tech, and reception were FANTASTIC! Absolutely will let others know about this. I was so confused as to how the process worked so I kept asking questions. I had a 2 year old barker, I'm sorry. The young man checking vitals was very frustrated with me as I had trouble finding everything or seeing/reading the tablet. I'm sorry. Please understand patience and kindness gobbling way. I know there were others after me, but I was struggling. My husband diedv15 months ago. Finances don't cover everything now. But taking care of my furnaces is everything I have left in life. I was rattled and scattered and STRESSED. He tried to help, he did. But when he said to me I have others waiting...THAT WAS HURTFUL and I toom it very personal. Clearly I was struggling. Give an old lady a break please. Hopeful next time it will be easier for me.
The vet and tech were so kind. You have no idea how eternally grateful I am for this program. I was crying not knowing what to do and how to pay the exorbitant costs at a regular vet. I am going without now to pay for these shots, but again grateful for the reasonable prices. I sat in the car after I was done and just cried and cried all the way home. A great welcoming staff who checked us in and then the veterinarian assistant who walked us back to the exam room and was taking our information who was very helpful and very informative and caring for our fur babies. Then we met the caring Vetenarian who was so dedicated to caring for our puppies and informing us about their health and well being in addition to giving us so much helpful information to help train our puppies. All while are puppies felt very comfortable and cared for. Great experience from beginning to end.“

“The whole team at Chain of Lakes are amazing! The ability to text the front desk minor questions is super convenient, and everyone is very kind and patient with questions and concerns. My boy, Kuma, had to have a major surgery and there were complications; Dr. Lipp went above and beyond with his care, and even took him home with her for a few days to keep an eye on him. Between the texts and phone calls, she kept me informed every step of the way. Ryan is great with communication and very friendly any time I reach out. This is the best veterinary clinic I've ever brought my pets to.“

“I have been with this practice for over two years now. I have tried two other popular vets in town but Hamlin is rhe winner for us. These doctors hold PHD's in addiction to being vets. They are open until 7pm SEVEN days a week...which is unheard of. Our 12 yo Chihuahua is difficult but he adores Angie, the nurse. ♡♡♡♡

“This is a great office. All of the staff are friendly and know how to handle different dog needs. I have one that wants me by her side and one that is more calm away from me. They are also so efficient and I rarely wait, even for last minute appointments“

“If you have Bulldogs or French Bulldogs, these Vets and their Teams are hands down the best! Dr. Kasad, Dr. Brown and their counterparts are thorough, caring and honest. I have had all my Bulldogs with them for 10 years and have always received the best care. They don’t tell you what you want to hear, the tell you what you need to hear. “From what it was this store has came a long way. This store truly does offer a lot of supplies for all animals. They even have isopods incase you are creating a bio active terrarium. To be honest I don't really come and chat with any of the staff besides at checkout but the store if perfect for going in and grabbing the supplies you need, whether it be food, grooming supplies, toys or tanks, they have it all.“
