Referred to Chris Jones Whitfield woodwork by my family who had used him before for kitchen cabinetry.First I spent weeks waiting for a pre-site of new kitchen project, after finally meeting at my home for measurements it took another 3-4 weeks to the receive quote, upon receiving the quote I requested to move forward and was directed to pay $700 for drawings of the kitchen design, I immediately paid and now have been waiting over 3 weeks for the drawings. I'm over 2 months in to trying to get a project on the books and when asking about the whereabouts of the drawings I paid for weeks ago was told he would refund my money (no apology). Thank you for the great installation of the crown molding and light rail in my kitchen. You and your guy did a great job. Very happy from beginning to end. When I need more wood work done I will definitely be calling. Highly recommend!
