Reliant did a five star job on our recent roof replacement. The met all deadlines did great quality work. The property was left immaculate every day after work was competed. Great care was taken keeping the pool and landscape protected during construction . We are beyond pleased with our new roof!
Thomas Smith, who gave me my quote, has a firsthand understanding of all aspects of roofing, and was involved in the project from start to finish. I have both a peaked roof over the main part of my house, and a flat roof over an addition. Both were replaced with special attention given to areas which required improvements to the sub-roofing and at the base of the chimney. Furthermore, the quote was the most competitive and included a very generous senior discount. The final result meets my highest expectations.
So happy we went with Reliant Roofing! The charcoal cement tiles look amazing with the white house. Rich followed up on every detail and his incredibly hardworking team did a beautiful job. They also left the property very tidy after each work day. We highly recommend them.
