About a week ago, had a toilet that was on constant run. Put in a service request, had a call 2 hours later for service same day. Plumber was at the house 4 hours later and repaired the toilet in less than 15 minutes. He cleared his mess, wouldn’t even have known he’d been there. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Today I had to call about a hot water heater leak and am already assigned a plumber for first thing tomorrow.
