We are pleased with the service provided by Glass USA. I called them about an emergency glass replacement, and took them only a few days to replace it which is amazing! Scott was great in keeping in touch, scheduling, and updating us. He was able to fill us in since it was an emergency. We were so pleased with the frameless shower doors Glass USA installed in our master bathroom last year, we did not think twice in hiring them again to install a shower door and to make/install a vanity mirror in our guest bathroom. Scott and his team came highly recommended by one of our bathroom remodel contractors and we can clearly see why. They are highly professional, easy to do business with, meticulous with their work and trustworthy.

No one wants to wake up and find you have a leak behind your mirrored wall! Thank goodness for Scott and his colleague (my apologies, I'm bad with names!) at GLASS USA. They were able to fit me in and came out and took down what I thought was the correct mirror for the plumber to have access...actually needed two removed which I didn't realize when they were here. Scott was able to come back again and both 96" x 32" mirrors were removed intact so once this project is done they can be replaced. Thanks again Scott and everyone at GLASS USA, I don't know what I would have don't without you!!! Highly recommend? Absolutely!!!
