We are thrilled with the excellent customer service we received from Joe, the Service Manager at Cliff's Pools. With his 30 years of experience, he has valuable knowledge of all pool issues. In addition, he is friendly and prompt. Joe literally transformed our pool. The surface had unsightly brownish yellow stains, most likely from fertilizer. Joe treated the pool with the correct chemicals. There was a magical transformation! Our pool looks clean and inviting once more. Joe did not attempt to sell us on costly resurfacing either. I recently used Cliff’s Pools and Patios services and was very pleased with the experience. The team was professional, responsive, and delivered quality work. Would definitely recommend to anyone living in the Fort Lauderdale area and would use them again!
