We are thrilled with the excellent customer service we received from Joe, the Service Manager at Cliff's Pools. With his 30 years of experience, he has valuable knowledge of all pool issues. In addition, he is friendly and prompt. Joe literally transformed our pool. The surface had unsightly brownish yellow stains, most likely from fertilizer. Joe treated the pool with the correct chemicals. There was a magical transformation! Our pool looks clean and inviting once more. Joe did not attempt to sell us on costly resurfacing either. Instead, he carefully explained all our available options. It's obvious that Joe loves his work and that customer satisfaction is paramount....read full review
