I called Alex for a consultation after a massive branch fell off our old and beloved Black Olive tree in our front yard. This was after a consultation with another arborist who immediately recommended cutting it down completely, which didn't feel right to me.

Exceptional service. Service rep. outlined all parts of the pruning process. Each tree had different pruning needs from a Black Olive that needed to be pulled away from house, driveway and the street. Mango that was too tall making it difficult for us to pick fruit, very thick foliage limiting sun penetration and fruit production. The Bartlett group work as a good team.
