Carlton and his staff were very responsive to my needs. They personally measured my space for accuracy and delivered a high end railing product for my three villas in St Thomas. They are very knowledgeable and gave me a product that would not rust due to our salt air by the ocean. They installed my rails with great care and pride. I have several future projects for which I look forward to working with the crew at Artistic Custom Railings.

Quality of work and professionalism was outstanding. The installation crew was courteous, meticulous and efficient in installation and cleanup. They were also creative in approaching several challenges along the way. I had a palm growing over part of where the fence needed to go and instead of cutting it I asked if they could work around it. They did and it looks amazing. I will recommend them to everyone and always call them when I need their services. Thank you guys for an amazing job. I was having difficulty reading a few negative reviews when I got on the website and see nothing but Grade A work so I listened to my gut feeling and took a leap of faith.
