After having AC Issues for over a Week we decided a Call Needed to be put in; but Who to Call? After a quick Google Seach Air Magic was the Company to Call! Calling in on a Friday we had a Technician at Our Home Early Monday Morning! Juvon Arrived 15 Mins before his 8AM Appointment Time being Extra Prompt! After Introductions and Explaining the Problem Juvon started his Work. He Explained his Call to Action and Immediately figured out the Solution. The Water Build-Up Inside the AC was getting Clogged due to Line Build-Up which he Shop Vacuumed Out then went out to make sure the Coils, Freon, and Outdoor Unit looked in Good Shape. My AC went down. Compressor wouldn't start. I found Air Magic on the internet and called them late in the day. They were at my house the following day and diagnosed the faulty part. They returned at 11am the next day to install the part that got my compressor up and running. They then checked out the system and gave it the OK. Part and installation was $290. Previous day diagnostic was at no charge because I had them do the repair. I thanked them profusely, and signed up for their yearly maintenance agreement.
Another company had sent two techs out to diagnose the problem and said it would be a minimum of $1200 to get the compressor running, and... read full review
