People i love and consider family. Clean, quick, professional, my lifesaver. My experiences with them have all been the equivalent to a social visit with family. The nicest front desk staff, amazing lab and overall the best healthcare facility in Broward County.
The most inefficient rude office staff and no consistent process to see patients- literally checking in for appointment to get vaccines and told I also need to check in with the pharmacy- located approximately 4 feet from the person I checked in with at the front desk- wouldn’t there be a way they could communicate so the patient doesn’t need to literally repeat themselves twice while taking one step to the left???? I am so tired of the lack of common sense displayed by this organization- I wish I had another option for primary care healthcare-
The new place is very nice, it seems very hygienic, everything is very clean, as always excellent service at the counter from the very friendly Miss Carrie. And nurse Karen's excellent hand, I didn't even feel the needle in my arm. In general, all the staff have always been very friendly, thank you!!
