I recently had the pleasure of working with this company in order to open my Lincoln Liberty safe. The safe had failed due to a faulty electronic lock as well as the handle, which resulted with me having no access to the safe. Another company had come out to the property based off a recommendation from Liberty Safe and after having spent three full 8 hour days at our home, advised that they were unable to open it, and a hole would need to be utilized thus rendering the safe useless and inoperable.

The customer service, overall knowledge & experience, and products available in their inventory are all exemplary.
Dallas was able to open a locked safe that was sitting in my house for years unopened because we forgot the code to get in, he was able to unlock it without causing any damage to the safe and we were able to use the safe after with no issue.
I also purchased a gun safe at the same time and they were able to deliver it same day, which is unheard of.
Very impressed, would highly recommend this business for any and all Safe & Lock needs.
