I have been using Royal Air for over 15 years on three different homes. The staff is professional and knowledgeable, both in the office and in the field.
Recently, my wife and I were out of town. Fortunately, I have a thermostat connected to the internet. I checked the temp in the house on Wednesday, May 27 and it was 83 degrees. I called Royal and they sent a tech out the next day. He arrived on time and discovered the unit was no longer repairable. It was 12 years old and had been having issues recently. I have been using Royal Air Conditioning and Heating for many years. I am so at ease when I call them, for they are extremely fair and always get the job done right. The techs who have come are very knowledgeable and have a great attitude, which is of paramount importance. I would highly recommend them and feel confident you will have the same experience I did. I have used other companies in the past and wouldn't return to them. I suggest you call Royal.
