I had a maintenance agreement with another company for 4 years — they came out last week and said my evaporator coil had a detected leak. They arranged for the new AC Comfort Care person to come 2 hours later. I have now had 7 estimates for a new AC - all were $4,000-6,000 less than from my original company! Royal Air’s Comfort Care said they offered a free second opinion on my evaporator coil. Jarrod Welch arrived this morning and spent an hour analyzing the situation and could see no evidence of a leak and suggested waiting on The purchase!
