They come promptly and get the job done on time. They do a great job. I use them regularly and have for a number of years. Vinny did a great job of getting my secondary AC unit back on while ordering a part for the primary unit. Vinny always does a great job. Nick is great as well. He came out on Saturday when we needed him. They are why we stay with Global.
I totally agree with 20 plus five -star reviews prior to mine! Everyone at Global Air Conditioning values their customers and aims for perfection. Corey and Joey did an excellent job installing our new unit. We look forward to them maintaining it in the future. Global Air came through as they always do. We've been customers for almost 15 years for that very reason. They are great at working remotely with customers who are away from Sarasota when issues arise.
Today, Cameron did a great job of diagnosing the issue and fixing it in short order.
