I contacted Dr.Cool on a Saturday at 3 pm because my A/C stopped working. Matt was at the house in less than an hour and had me up and running in 30 minutes. On very hot day late in the afternoon I made the longshot call to Matthew to see why my A/C was not blowing cool air. If you live in Florida you know the freak-out feeling when you wonder if you'll have no A/C for a few days! I had called a few places and then Dr. Cool around 3pm. I spoke directly to Matthew, not a corporate dispatcher. He said he'd come 5-5:30 ... and did. His diagnostic inspection was thorough and found the problem/fixing it efficiently. His was skilled, experienced, friendly, fair. I recommend him highly.
From fair pricing to quality work, Titanz Air Conditioning far exceeded my expectations. I was in need of a new AC unit and called Titanz Air for a estimate. Within two days, I had cold air blowing out from my brand new unit. The technicians installed the new unit in 7 hours! The technicians names were Matthew, Brandyn, and Trevor.
