I'm more than happy to give Sergeants Electric a 5 star review. They responded to us without hesitation, had a crew out to my house within a day and right on time. This was a situation where a previous company (to remain nameless for now) was supposed to install an item in our home as part of a larger project. Not only did they not finish the project but they also created more problems and repairs in excess of $2500, and then walked away without any resolution. Damon and Aiden from Sergeant's came to our home, listened to the problem, assessed the situation and rectified it without hesitation. I am a property manager and have been working with Sergeant’s for years. I trust them implicitly , Especially when it comes to interactions with my tenants and owners.They do quality work and their follow up is outstanding. The team is very professional. Special shout out to Nick, Jasper and Rick. They are professionals and very kind. The guys always go above and beyond I would recommend them to business owners and residential homeowners alike. Installed a generator transfer switch for my home. Very satisfied: the salesperson was the actual electrician who performed the work. Communication and billing were smooth and friendly. I thought the price was fair. Definitely my first call next time I need electric work.
