Salt and Light is amazing and so much more! The staff and services are exceptional. I highly recommend anyone to go and see how they will help you. The Salt Room is so therapeutic and you can even do stretch and Pilates class in it!

It had that typical calming atmosphere that most massage places have, with the noise machine and soft speaking. They will spend time on specific parts of your body, unless you request some not be touched. They do offer some cool other stuff like cyrotherapy so might try some other stuff out later.

I did the stretch class for the first time. I came by myself to check out the place. It is beautiful and all of the ladies working were so pleasant. I felt so relaxed for the rest of the evening. A hidden gem in north port!
