I called Rosa’s General Maintenance from 900 miles away to repair my Mother’s toilet, washer and dryer vent in Punta Gorda. When I talked with them over the phone, I was met with kindness and understanding. I explained that Mother needed simple repairs and the cost of a specialty-service contractor was high, not to mention that I needed two separate contractors to manage each issue.
