Came home to air out on a Friday afternoon. Called up, heard back from them in 15 minutes and arrived at my house 40 minutes later. Explained the issue every step of the way and fixed the issue in a timely manner for a reasonable price. My first time using them (a co-worker recommended them) but it won’t be the last!

Bill (the owner) has come out twice (once on Sunday) to repair and rewire a system that was installed shoddily by another company. He is very knowledgeable and careful to explain everything he does. Wouldn’t use anyone else at this point.

Bill was extremely professional and thorough. I explained the problem and gave him the info he requested. He investigated and incorporated a great resolution. I was a referral and he more than honored the discount. He called back right away when we were in dire need and explained his schedule. As to others never called back.
