The serviceman Mark Zinchuk for Polar Bear Cooling went above and beyond his call of duty in mitigation and damage assessment to the AC on my Mother's property yesterday at Harbor Cove RV Resort Park in North Port, FL. He was kind, courteous with a certain civility that just seemed to come naturally.
He is also extremely intelligent. Polar Bear Cooling is lucky to have him on their team for giving estimates. Give this young man a promotion and a raise.
Lost my AC on the hottest day of the year which is always fun but Polar bear stepped up to the plate came out before timeframe. Got the system running and it’s running great thank you very much Polar bear.
