Very fast at getting back to me. Very customer friendly and oriented. No pressure and I was given different options. He spent a long time explaining the problem and telling how it could be solved. Took care of it for us right away. It has taken 13 years to find customer service in Florida like this!!!

We have had Over-A-Cheever service our house for years. Seth is the best! We haven't had any pest issues the entire time we have been with them. Our home is always serviced the day we are told it is going to be and we receive an appointment reminder by email a few days in advance. It's always nice to find a reliable company who does what they say they're going to do and who operates with honesty and integrity.
