Service was fine and they were pleasant to me. However while in the waiting room, they were loudly complaining about patients descriptivley. Extremely unprofessional and not very reassuring while waiting to go in.

Lab work completed on my immediate family member on Friday December 1st. MULTIPLE (OVER 5) samples collected. Large sample.Over a week and: no posted results to patient portal, no phone call with results; the actual specialist who ordered the work was not provided the results neither was the primary physician. Zero communication.ALL Appears to be LOST.Failed to recognize handicap needs during visit.Do not recommend this location. Was first time going there for anything. Never had an issue with the Englewood location.

Worst front desk customer service. Also discriminated against older person with limited English. Unbelievable. Change providers as society we deserve better and deserve to be treated with respect.
