The team is very welcoming, helpful and especially knowledgeable when dealing with insurance companies. Dr McCartney took the time to explain everything to keep my teeth healthy. Had a dental emergency with a cracked molar, and Dr McCartney came from a friend with glowing references. He was taking new patients so I called and was able to get in quite quickly to at least see what was going on because at that point I didn't know it was a shattered molar a couple days later he fixed the tooth with a temporary crown Because he was so gentle and knowledgeable and his staff so courteous and professional, I decided to get my cleanings from the practice. So far, very happy with the results. They are on time, explain everything fully and very proficient.

I’ve had terrible dental experiences since moving to Florida, so I’ve been terrified to try a new dentist. I decided to give Dr. McCartney a chance before flying back to Ohio for treatment, and I’m so glad I did.
From the moment I walked in, the office felt completely different. Brandy and Lori are so friendly and helpful. I needed a crown and two fillings and was really nervous, especially without nitrous, but Dr. McCartney was amazing. He’s very gentle with injections and even gave me breaks because of my TMJ.
