I've visited Heron Creek several times and had good experiences but my last visit with Dr. Bell was great. He really got to the root of my dogs issue with his eye. He made a follow-up call the next day to Check on Jake who was already doing better. Dr. Bell made me feel that he cared for Jake as much as I did. Thank all for your care and kindness.

I love the care and compassion the clinic shows my dogs, whether it is the receptionist, Dr, or support staff. The only thing I can say is they are a bit pricey, but are totally worth it.

We were going to another vet who just kept pumping our cat who was sick with all kinds of stuff. We got recommended here. I could not be happier. The vets have called to check on him 3-4 times in the 2 weeks since his last visit. They ran all kinds of tests and then got his old records went through everything meticulously, still are looking into things but got him acting like his old self again and not throwing up. He’s an old boy but he still has a lot left in him and I will continue to let this great team take care of him.
