Travis came to our home to do a water analysis and noticed that our water softener was not installed properly! (I installed it) after making a minor adjustment and some friendly conversation, he said “you guys should be all set now.” He didn’t try to sell us anything and was friendly and cordial. I am so impressed with this company and with Travis particularly, that I felt compelled to leave a review. If anyone needs a water quality company they can count on, look no further than Gator Water!

Technician Rocco came to diagnose my well system I needed one of the tanks flushed and new carbon put inside. He did an excellent job cleaned up well and I was extremely satisfied with the work he did for me. It was affordable also. This company IS too busy to help out existing customers, as we were without good water for two weeks. They came out four different times before they got us back up and running. Used Gator water for over 3 years and we aren’t a priority. Some months we had to call them just so they would bring out our salt. This is not a review about their repair personnel as they go where the company tells them and they have always been helpful.
