I have been a patient of Jessica Perez Cardwell for a few years since relocating to Port Charlotte. She, along with her staff, are the most professional, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I receive immediate follow up on all tests and concerns I may have. I cannot say enough good things about the office! I am over 60 and a cancer survivor so I have seen a lot of physicians over the years. Dr. Perez Cardwell and her staff are exceptional and I plan to be a patient of this office for hopefully a very long time. I highly recommend them!

This office really has suffered since the retirement of Dr Janet Lewis years ago. Dr Charette has overall been a big disappointment and I understand he is now retiring after just a year or two. We shall see how the new doctor is but my patience for this office is running out. Dr Lewis was great and I miss her.

I am a new patient of Dr. Toth. The office staff was professional and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Toth was courteous and thorough. He took his time and actively listened to my concerns. He offered his medical advice in clear terms and I feel confident in his care. I would recommend Dr. Toth for anyone looking to establish with Family Practice— he’s a good one!
