I attended a yoga class with my dad who has been going to this studio for a while. Angel was a wonderful yoga teacher, we did beginners yoga which was gentle and approachable for all skill levels. I was able to connect to my breath and my body and felt very peaceful and connected.
This was my first time practicing yoga in many months and it was a beautiful experience. Wendy was very warm and welcoming and helpful throughout practice. The environment was very peaceful and energizing at the same time. I can’t wait for my next class! The slow flow hatha class is a great intro class for any first timers looking to practice.
Just went to a slow flow class for my first time and was in love with it right away. I lvoe how calm and organized it is. Wendy Salafia was a wonderful teacher and helped me with my poses when I had difficulties. She was extremely patient with me. I am definitely coming back!
