Cooling Dynamics was great to work with from start to finish. Rose and Francel were both professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. It was time to upgrade two of the units at our rental property, and Francel came out quickly, took his time diagnosing everything, and clearly explained the options available for the property. Their pricing was reasonable, response time was immediate, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend Cooling Dynamics for anyone needing HVAC service or replacement.
Service Tech on time completed the necessary repairs and updates , with no issues , Previously used them and same results , a HVAC service to keep in your emergency contacts for sure.
As of about 3:15PM on Friday, June 12th, thanks to the wonderful work of COOLING DYNAMICS of North Port, we now have a *NEW* home AC that keeps up with current Heat Index temps ! Old unit was 25-30 years old, and temps crept up around 3-4 each afternoon...78...80...81, etc. every day for the past month or so. Thermostat had to be gingerly adjusted ONE DEGREE per hour, to make it comfortable again. Never got down to 77 until about 10PM -- VERY uncomfortable and frustrating as hell.
ALL better now...AH-H-H-H...COOL & VERY COMFY once again...
