This inspection co. is amazing. I'm a senior , so I've bought quite a few homes in my life. This inspection report was very detailed and they provide feedback if you need any clarifications. Numerous pictures to go with description, in report. From the wonderful lady who made my appt. ( think her name was Jeannie ) to the inspector who met with both realtors & homeowner. I was so confident that I was not present at inspection, as I was away on vacation.
Fantastic inspector. Has now done three for me in buying and selling. His logo states ‘tune ears to wisdom’ .. I would say he also tunes his eyes as he very much sees everything and writes a thorough report. Personable in his sharing as well. I highly recommend. Kari Hoppes
We were so impressed from the beginning of this process to the very end. After an appointment was made with Coastal Quality Services, Hector came out on two occasions. First to help us decide on a design for our yard and the plantings that were needed and then a follow up visit to give us an estimate for the work. Jimmy and Roberto who actually did all of the work arrived when they said they would, did an absolutely amazing job and when finished, cleaned up so beautifully that you would not have known that they were there.
