Had Ed and Ed show up today on a scheduled appointment for my reverse osmosis. Upon leaving, knowing we just had Hurricane Milton go through, Ed said, "Let me check your water softener." Seems being without electricity for a couple of days messed it up. Ed reset it and on his way.

The rep that came to examine my system had a very thorough understanding of my equipment and what I needed. The rep was not pushy, and explained what I needed in order to accomplish my goals. They showed me some preventative maintenance tips and suggested what could be implemented to improve the system. 10/10 would recommend!
