I love Kim!!!!! I brought my wedding dress for alterations and had 1 month before my wedding. After the first alteration, our dog crossed the ? bridge and I lost several inches off my waist. She accommodated my changes and my dress turned out perfect.

She is a true perfectionist, which is exactly what you want in someone handling high-end garments. One example that really stood out to me: most tailors in the U.S. aren’t familiar with attaching heel guards to men’s trousers, a small but crucial detail that prevents wear at the hem from shoe friction.
