They did a great job installing a brand new ac unit for our condo two years ago. They offered a very competitive price and it has continued to run perfectly for us. Recently we needed some help with the WiFi connected thermostat and the business owner was personally involved in making sure we had a tech at our place right away and addressing the warranty issue with the Nest device. Outstanding responsiveness was really appreciated!
Being new to Florida didn’t know who to call for Cooling and Heating so I purchased a warranty for my home. So glad that my warranty Company sent out All Florida Cooling and Heating !! Nick the technician was very knowledgeable and a down to earth. Nick fixed my heating issue and gave great advice.Most importantly the Honesty of him and All American Cooling and Heating Company.Definitely will request this company with future issues and maintenance!
I am the owner-operator of a small property management company on Palm Beach Island. I have used all of the big name or supposed best AC contractors in the area. Being charged $400 for them to change a $10 capacitor should be criminal.
That does not happen with this company. They come out and replace only what you need and explain to you what else could possibly go wrong if you didn’t perform other services or buy specific replacement parts. Never pushy. They have never not shown up for an appointment, and the prices are as reasonable as you will find in South Florida for AC services.
