I’ve always loved Venetian Nail Spa. The owner here is wonderful and the staff is friendly, but some details are missing: no welcome drinks are offered (even though they’re available), sometimes there’s no music or it’s too low, and pricing isn’t always clear.
For example, I asked Alexandra how much my total was so I could leave the right tip. She told me she didn’t know, but she’s actually the one who gives the total to the receptionist. I had such a wonderful experience at Venetian Nail Spa in North Miami! My nail tech Carmen was absolutely amazing – professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. She took her time to make sure every detail was perfect and made me feel relaxed the entire appointment. My nails have never looked better, and I’ve already gotten so many compliments. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for her every time!

My first time here Lauren was great from the phone call to in person as well as the employees . The customer service was impeccable specially in Miami . Can’t wait to come back so grateful for everyone I come across with such great energy.
