Senior Nannies was a great help in finding a caregiver for my mother. Philip was excellent to work with. He provided clear guidance, spoke with me directly throughout the process, and set clear expectations at every step. I genuinely felt that he cared about my family, and that care was evident in the level of attention he gave throughout the process. I can’t say enough about Senior Nannies. My father went into hospice and I brought in Senior Nannies for 24/7 care. From the initial intake and continued comminication from Phil, to the heartfelt and loving care provided by Nicole, Darlene and Cee Cee, I will remain forever grateful to the amazing care and service provided. My father is no longer with us, but he considered each of them a friend, and we will never forget them.

I have been very happy with the level of care my father has been receiving from senior Nannie’s. Our needs have varied greatly over the last few months and senior nannies has always adjusted to our needs. My point person has been Kim, and she is amazing. Always very prompt and has been a kind person for me to talk about the stresses dealing with my father. Mary has been amazing with med management and both my parents adore Beverly. I highly recommend as a son trying to take care of his parents.

no call no show, rude over phone, offers bribes to nurses working on same cases as Senior Nannies, switch and bait, shady, dishonest with payroll, I suggest do not use

Staff is very rude and disrespectful. I sign up with Senior Nannie’s Homecare, but never taken a job from them cause I got a full time job from a next agency. I got a call from a man that work with the company, when I answered my phone he was screaming and shouting at me asking me why I’m not at work and I should been at the patient house, I say sir I think you got the wrong person he say no isn’t this (which was my name) I say yes but I never taken a job from your company, cause I’m currently working 7 days with another company, then he slammed the phone in my ears. A year go by and my patient passed, I call to see if they got anything available and only to know these people red flag me and block me in their system. I ask to speak to someone to find out why, nobody ever answers, that’s very unprofessional and rude.
