Let me be very clear this company is amazing, I use them regularly for all of my trash haul pickups at my condo buildings and residences and they always show up and take care of the job seamlessly. Also dealing with the office is always pleasant and I have never had a billing issue or concern.
So Please do not give any weight to these low reviews that they were given as clearly it is someone just out to smear their name. It is a shame that people would do such a thing to a genuinely good small business.

I found them to be friendly, prompt, and hardworking. I was especially impressed with their skill and knowledge for breaking down huge wall units. I would highly recommend this company.

I was planning a big move and had to get rid of some items that wouldn’t fit in my new home. I have used Out Junk before and each time they proved to be reliable and professional. This time was no different. I called Natalie at Out Junk the day before my move. Her driver showed up the next day as scheduled. He was quick and took away my junk. I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend Out Junk.
