I spoke to at least 10 captains before her but within minutes I knew she was the right choice. My parents wanted to have their ashes put in the Gulfstream and she knew exactly what to do. She also helped us create a beautiful memorial table and guided us through the whole process. Moreover, she is kind and compassionate. I mentioned that my mother loved the sea so she brought a special poem to read and a beautiful sea themed tablecloth for them. I had a truly meaningful experience with New Choice Burials during a very emotional time. Captains Dawn, Capt Adam, Capt James and Capt Mike are absolutely amazing. They assisted with a burial at sea, and their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail made all the difference. From the moment we first contacted New Choice Burials regarding my grandmother, Captain Dawn was incredibly compassionate, patient, and professional. She answered all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and showed nothing but kindness to us during such a difficult time. Knowing my grandmother was laid to rest in such a peaceful and respectful way means so much to us. It brought us a lot of comfort knowing she was in such caring hands.
