I’m so grateful for my trainer and this gym! As a mother and business owner, finding time to show up for myself isn’t always easy, but this gym has become a place where I feel supported and motivated. My trainer challenges me, pays attention to my form, and reminds me what I’m capable of—even on the days I’m running low.
The people here encourage each other, and that energy makes a difference. I’ve grown stronger, gained confidence, and learned to appreciate the work it takes to reach my goals. If you’re looking for a gym where you can work hard and feel like part of a community, I highly recommend it! 💪🏾❤

It won’t be easy but Moe, Zay and Sebastian will get you right EVERY time! Coming from someone who hated working out, the Moeflex team makes it fun and keep you coming back. I went from dreading exercise to looking forward to my evening group sessions. Don’t sleep on em!!

Amazing team and comfortable place for varies ages. In addition, he has more services than just individual and group training…which is difficult to locate! They are extremely motivational and make you feel like family. From day one, I felt comfortable and wasn’t intimidated by other members who trained longer than me. Keep up the great work!!
