I understand how everything has changed to COVID and she was nice enough to take me the day before my birthday but I had to go home and cry ! I couldn't and didn't even bother taking pics on my birthday and my kids can be little a******* too and even said wow mom did it go do ur hair to hide the couple of grays u had? Why is all ur hair gray now !! I am horrified and all I needed was a root job for my highlights and I even showed her the robe I wanted which is one JLo wears and when I left my hair looked like I aged 20 yrs and it had white gray zebra stripes like a frosted 80s look which I told her I don't like frosted looking and she said that's how ur hair already is!!! After buying olaplex and a glaze , toner, etc I reached out bc I discover u big blotch of bleach I hadn't seen and she said I'll fix it come in but I'm TERRIFIED of letting her bear my hair again! I'll show pics u be the judge and see if my was was already like that like she says.. after paying her whilst not working and getting g all the stuff to try n fix this myself I've spent over $250!! I could've went to a nice high end salon to do this with that crazy $ I spent

Enilda is the best. I finally found a place where they know what they are doing and with all hair types! They would rather not do something on your hair than damage it and they explain very well as to why you shouldn't take certain risks to keep your hair beautiful and healthy. Enilda has restored my red hair as if it was my own. Wonderful. They do speak mostly Spanish though.
