Unfortunately, I have to echo some of the others' opinions and reviews of Ozzy here. He just stopped responding and communicating. I had a drywall job, and in the beginning he was very responsive. His crew came out (two Peruvian guys, super respectful; they are the main reason this review isn't any lower) - and they did a great job. Then Ozzy had to come out and finish the job, and unfortunately that part was what was done worst. It was a hack job, and I needed to repaint the wall myself after they had left. I have asked for a final invoice / receipt for the total, but still to no avail. To make matters worse: I had a much bigger follow-up job that I have requested a quote for for several times now, and I just am not getting a response or any traction. This could have been so easy to get repeat business and turn this into a 5-star review, but lack of communication and ignoring the client is just a complete No-Go in my book. I feel bad for his employees - they were genuinely good & respectful people and I would love to give THEM more business in the future.
